It Christmas time

It christmas time and all is well
Except for grandmas dieing tell
You do the shoping make the beds
But you know that its all in the head
There are presents to wrap and list to be made
Now which child is it that wants a maid?
The hussel and bussel all around
Did you forget to what was to be found

Going to San Deigo

Cant wait to go to San Deigo in about 17 days it will be
fun. Going to see the Kids maybe see some sights but just being with them will be a treat.Bob is going Fishing with his dad and brothers and Josh is going to go as well. hope they Get sdome good size Sammon

Palm Tree Retires

Our beautiful palm tree that has been with us since we moved in, is gone. It was a few feet tall when we moved in and now it is over 15 feet in height, from the ground to the first frond. It has been competing with the its neighbor, the Giant Redwood but this week, it lost the battle. If the Jubaea Chilensis (it's correct name) were further from the redwood, and complimented the aesthetics of our front yard, I don't think I would have considered selling. Of course, getting a good price for the tree didn't improve the tree's fate. Here are a few of the many photos of the removal process.

Grandma Anna

Grandma Anna Passed away on January 10,2010 In Petaluma Ca, @6:38 pm in the Petaluma Hospitas with all her boys and Husband around her. It was a spical time for them all but they all miss her very much. She had been sick for some time and that was hard for them all. Josh was in the waiting room at the time. The whole family was there for her funral all except Seth who was at work in Lititz Pa and was not able to get time off. He was out here for Christmas and was able to see her at that time. It was great to have all the kids home at one time. We did miss Seth though.
May the lord watch over Grandma until we see her again.We all love her very much

Hitting the Road

On Wednesday I will be heading off to Arizona and Utah for my 40th year reunion.I cant wait to see all those old guys and gals of course your mom is not that old. She is only 29n again. Then I will go on up and see family along the way.it should be fun for me I know that is not what you kids like to do. But I will enjoy it. Just got dad a LCD flat screen for his birthday and a stand to go with it,He just turned 29 also.

It is great to have Joann Home for a short time. The Utah state fair is coming up real soon. hope they do real well there. good luck. Love mom

Joshua is 21

Today is Joshua's Birthday. Whow where has the time gone. It was just yesterday when Charlotte and Eugena were having him going down the cat walk and model his dipper and all those other things that they did to that poor kid. then there was the green face mask that t;hey put on him. How did he survive all the torture But he did. Lets not for get what the boys did to him as well. Well he has made it to 21 so what else will happen to the little one.

Grand pa out of Hospital

Grandpa Erickson Got out of The hospital on Monday he is doing better. Still a little unstable on feet. I am home now and getting ready for the next adventure.

My first ride ever!

So yesterday i nearly died! Papa decided to show me just how much fun riding can be....by taking me up calavaris. Here is how the day started off... getting all the essentials. Okay not too bad i was getting a little nervous though...then we got home and adjusted it so ever thing was just perfect....no goofing around this was serious business. Next it was time to learn how to clip-in and clip-out...lets just say my left hip hurts and you can't clip-out while your falling. Okay off we go making our way to our first hill...okay not too bad...i can do this. Then it was up down, up down..i started thinking that papa was exaggerating...no.Then we got to the second hill...when i got to the top i nearly passed out and i nearly tossed my cookies...wow is this really a sport or some form of torture..ok after about ten minutes we are on our way...we stopped for a quick water refill...and on we go...ok we got about 200 yards away from the so called "wall" and turned around. why can all rides be like going downhill? that was fun. when we finally returned to the fortress we cleaned our torture weapons... and went inside for some good eats...i scarfed that down like i had been imprisoned for a couple months...can't wait for next time!

Well how dos it feel that you Seth Gunderson D.O. is now out of school and was able to pass with flying colors. Hard work but you did it. Way to go. Love you and hope to see you soon. Love MomE

I want to wish all of you a Happy Mothers day. Joann you were the first to make a Mother and I am grateful for that, It was the first greatest point in my. Then when Daniel was born That was a special time in my life. Robert as well.Then I had Eugena you are great and I was just as happy. You guest it Charlotte I was glad that you came in to my life. as well and when Joshua Was born. I am so proud of each one of you and I want you to know that I love each one of you and that is why I am wishing you all a Happy Mothers Day. It all of you who have made a mother. Hamilton - Check

Picture your favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning...maybe it's read the paper - breakfast in bed - cartoons - garage sell shopping or just shopping. Well Daddy-O's ideal Saturday is a 3 hour fun suffer fest. He occasionally enjoys 20 mile forever ever long never stopping climbs. Freak. Yes Dad has finally attempted and slapped the ever looming Hamilton climb...and to our surprise wasn't all the hard...when Dad got to the top he wanted to go all the way into Livermore, but thankfully for me I had Fisher at home who needed to eat desperately, that was my ticket out. Dad will being doing that ride soon...he will go from the house over Hamilton to Livermore and on Calavaras he will come home...it will be an epic day for him...I don't think I will be participating wiht him...but I wish him good luck.Fisher really wanted to go on the ride but he couldn't find a helmet that fit...maybe next time kid.

Congrats to Dad and Charlotte

Congrats to Dad and Charlotte for completing their first 100 mile bike ride. You guys are amazing!!! Dad and Charlotte rode very strong for the entire week. Basically they are both animals!!! We are really proud of both of you. HUGE shout out to all the people who supported both riders. Thanks to Mom for driving and being there for all the odd weird things needed or requested, also Josh for taking great pictures we can't wait to upload them on the website, and how could we forget Tami, Tami you are the best and everyone loves your sense of humor. Hopefully we can update this soon so we can see the pictures.

Tour of California Crazy Clan Style

Hey Family,

The Gundy's will be raining down on your peaceful lives this week. I (eugie) will be there on Friday morning. The rest of the group comes in on Sunday night. Captain will fly in on Monday evening.

Does everyone have an itinerary? If not let me know. Also change of plans...instead of staying in Reno on Thursday we are going to stay in Sacramento. The flights look better for this preggers there. This is going to be a great party!!! If anyone wants to ride just Monday and Tuesday the rides are local and you don't have to commit to the whole trip (joann).

Also I included a picture of my ever swelling belly. Okay I will see you all on Friday and then the Baby Shower on Saturday. Awesome!!!
