Chestnut Tree

Yesterday night Kiowa brought in a chestnut. Wierd? Do we have a chestnut tree? So I was an investigator reporter this morning and found a chestnut tree in our backyard. How cool is that. I took pictures. Good dog.

Night Mountain Biking

Last night I went mountain biking at night for the first time. I thought I would be a little freaked out by biking single track at night, but I loved it. It took on such a different feeling. I don't know how to explain it...it was like riding in the dark. Yeah that's exactly how it was. No, we had lights on out bikes and helmets...but it was still exciting. You didn't exactly know what was ahead of you so you had to be quick to adjust. I thought I rolled over a lot of stuff I normally would have avoided had there been more light. I think I am hooked, it's a great time for Seth and I to bike together esp. if we have had long days and ran out of day light.
